Below you can read the current privacy policy and trading conditions at True Lead Academy v. Marianne Florman.

1. GENERAL

When purchasing at True Lead Academy v / Marianne Florman, the general sales and delivery terms apply.

2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

All prices are stated in Danish kroner incl. VAT for the products that are subject to VAT (postage is added for shipping of physical products). Products that are exempt from VAT are eg. lectures, training courses and teaching.

2.1 ORDER

At True Lead Academy v / Marianne Florman, all courses, workshops, programs, lectures, online products and memberships are purchased and paid online. Physical products can be purchased and paid online, as well as in certain, selected cases for lectures, workshops, courses, training and individual sessions.

Individual sessions are ordered by contacting marianne@florman.dk.

When ordering online, you will receive an order confirmation from us on the provided email. If you do not receive your confirmation of your purchase within 24 hours, you should contact us at info@florman.dk. You will then receive an email with all relevant information about your purchase.

2.2 PAYMENT

Payment for your purchases can take place in several ways depending on which product you buy. I always offer card payment via the Stripe program when purchasing online. When purchasing physical products for my events you can pay via MobilePay or contact. When you buy education with me, it is also possible to pay via online banking.

When you pay with your debit card online, the amount will only be deducted when your order is approved. Stripe adheres to the industry’s strictest safety requirements, which you can read more about here: https://stripe.com/docs/security

When paying via Stripe, it is done via a secure and encrypted SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). This means that others cannot access your card information. We reserve the right to verify that the disclosed personal information is true when you pay by credit card.

You can pay with Visa / Dankort, Visa and MasterCard.

3. DELIVERY

Delivery takes place either by physical attendance, by e-mail or by physical receipt of the product.

Delivery of online products usually takes place within minutes after payment via e-mail, but in very special cases it can take up to 5 business days. When purchasing physical products online, delivery will be considered as soon as the buyer has received the product or a note from the post that the package can be picked up. When purchasing physical products for events, delivery takes place immediately.

When booking individual sessions, the agreed date and time of the session is binding and can be changed and canceled up to 24 hours before the agreed time. Sessions are usually held at the True Lead Academy. In some cases Marianne Florman runs to the customer, which, however, is always agreed individually and prior to the session.

When purchasing courses, lectures, workshops and educations, confirmation as well as all relevant and practical information and any tickets will be sent to the stated e-mail address, and will be considered delivered when this e-mail is received.

 

4. CANCELLATION RIGHTS AND OFFERS

All purchases at the True Lead Academy are in force and are non-refundable as soon as they are delivered.

For individual sessions, cancellations must be made within 24 hours before the start of the session. In case of no-show or cancellation later than 24 hours before, the full amount of the session will be charged.

It is not possible to get a refund for the purchase of online courses, online products and memberships.

When purchasing physical products, you have a 14 day return policy. If you regret your purchase within 14 days, please contact us at marianne@florman.dk and you will get all the money back.

5. CANCELLATION OF EVENTS

In the event that a offered course or lecture is canceled or postponed, your ticket will be changed to the new date. If you do not have the opportunity to participate on this date, you will receive a refund for your purchase.

6. ACCOUNTS

At True Lead Academy v / Marianne Florman you have the opportunity to buy a subscription-based online membership via www.florman.simplero.dk.

For a quarterly or half-yearly payment, the customer can subscribe for a subscription and access the content on the member page, where new content is opened every month. The user has access to the material during the period of membership.

Before access can be obtained, the user must accept and approve current trading conditions. They can be read here. The user must also accept that the information provided is stored in our system.

Once the subscription creation agreement has been completed, the user will be sent a confirmation to the e-mail address provided at the time of the purchase. The notified email account will also be used to create the user account. The user will after receiving the subscription receive a separate e-mail with login information to the member page from Simplero.

The user is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate at the time of registration. It is not legal for the user to use payment or credit card information other than his own. However, it is possible for the buyer to give a membership gift to the user. This is stated during the actual purchase by marking in the field “It is someone other than me who must have the product” and specify the user’s name and e-mail address under participant information.

6.1 PAYMENT OF SUBSCRIPTIONS

Payment for the subscription takes place every quarter or half year, depending on the interval selected.

Payment for subscriptions must be made by the buyer through the payment methods offered by the True Lead Academy. The customer undertakes to pay for the subscription throughout the term of the subscription and to ensure that he has sufficient funds available for payment through the chosen payment method at each payment deadline. If there are insufficient funds available, the membership will be terminated with immediate notice and access to all material will be closed immediately.

For selected services, monthly payments are offered, but still with a start-up bond period, which is stated on the product at the time of purchase.

In case of non-payment during the bond period, the right to send invoice for the remaining amount for the binding period + reminder and administration fee is reserved. Lack of payment will lead to immediate exclusion from the member page and the closure of all access to the material already accessed by the user.

6.2 BINDING PERIOD

By setting up a subscription with the True Lead Academy, you are bound to the applicable bond period for each product.

6.3 TERMINATION

You can cancel your subscription at True Lead Academy at any time. Termination must be done by stopping the automatic payment for membership via your account or by sending an email to info@florman.dk.

Termination of subscription must be done online no later than the day before the next payment date. If you wish to cancel by mail, this must be done no later than 7 days before the next payment date due to manual administration. You can see when the next payment is made to your account online.

Once you have been drawn for the coming period, the payment for the period is binding and you cannot get your purchase refunded, as the product is deemed delivered by completed payment.

Upon termination of your subscription, you can still access the material that you have received and access to for the remainder of the subscription term.

7. TREATMENT OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

True Lead Academy by Marianne Florman will not transfer any personal information to third parties without the customer’s consent. This applies to information such as date of birth, name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.

8. NOTICE FOR CHANGES IN TRADE TERMS

True Lead Academy by Marianne Florman reserves the right, at any time, to make changes to applicable trading terms at 30 days notice.

9. PRIVACY AND COOKIE POLICY

The Privacy and Cookie Policy is designed to give you an understanding of the data we collect and the reason why this data is collected. This is important to ensure that Florman – True Lead Academy meets the Personal Data Regulation (GDPR) and to provide security for your personal data.

9.1 PERSONAL DATA REGULATION (GDPR)

The purpose of the General Data Protection Regulation is to protect the rights of EU citizens for handling their personal data. The Personal Data Regulation applies to anyone who delivers goods and services to EU citizens or who uses tracking technology (such as cookies) to monitor users’ electronic behavior.

9.2 PERSONAL INFORMATION – WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED AND WHY

On my websites, some features are only available if tracking technology and cookies are active. However, it is always possible to block, delete and deactivate tracking technologies if your Internet browser allows this. However, deactivation of tracking technologies may mean some features are not available on my websites.

Tracking technologies allow my websites to store relevant information in your browser or on your device. Once the relevant information is stored in your browser, they help my servers identify you when you visit my websites.

10. PERSONAL DATA INDICATED BY BUY

Some information is required to make a purchase. The information you provide here will be stored according to the posting, handling and shipping of your order.

Customer information is stored in connection with bookkeeping for a minimum of 5 years.

You can at any time be informed what information the True Lead Academy has stored about you, in our and our third-party databases. You also have the right to delete all personal information from the True Lead Academy and our third party databases. If you want to delete all your personal data from our databases, you can request this by contacting info@florman.dk. We will make sure, within a reasonable time, to accommodate your inquiry.
