As a leader, teacher or supervisor, it is important to be able to see, sense, feel and hear what your employees, students or clients need.

When you lead or guide other people, you must be able to be neutral, see clearly and not be affected by your own projections. The way to the heart of the horse and your fellow people goes through your own heart. Therefore, you first have to walk the talk yourself.

The horse is our mirror and it tells us what we need to know. It requires us to show up without plans, projects or ambitions and without knowing where it ends. Only then will we be able to see the road. We must therefore improve our intuition and learn to trust it. We must learn to be trusting in the open – not knowing! And the horses can be great helpers.

Horses are present right now, it has the finest intuition. It senses you and sees you as you are. Horses are masters of teaching us in nonverbal communication. They are what I call “body wise”.

When you take a course with horses, you get a truly amazing experience of what true leadership is about. That is if you are aware, present, clear and trustworthy. You will be mirrored in relation to your values, your empathy, trust and equity. In order to lead and develop others, you must also be able to lead and develop yourself.
