In True Lead Academy we use our view on horses and our way of being with horses as a way to develop people’s capacity and self-worth. The fundamental idea behind True Lead Academy is based on equality, authenticity, credibility, trust, love and power. In the meeting and being together with horses, all these qualities will unfold and have the opportunity to be strengthened.

In addition, we look at the horse’s many different abilities and we learn to be able to see the horse’s behaviour through new glasses – and begin to accept the wisdom we can receive, if we dare to enter the universe of the horse.
